Silver Dapple
The silver gene is dominant, only needing one copy for the black of the coat to be diluted (Zz or ZZ).
Horses with a black base and silver, known as silver dapple, will have their mane and tail diluted to a white or yellowish color, while their coat will be diluted to brown or gray, usually having dapples.
